  • Yes, the work is carried out by a qualified, registered electrician and fully insured.

  • I am based in Wellingborough and cover Northamptonshire and nearby areas, and I can take planned work in London.

  • Prices depend on the job, access and materials, but I can give you a fixed quote once I know what you need.

  • I usually book work in advance, but for urgent or safety-related faults I can try to fit you in sooner. Tell me what the problem is and where you are, and I will confirm availability.

  • Yes, installation work and EICRs come with the correct electrical certification.

  • Your electrical installation has been found with items that do not meet the current safety standard. The report will show them as C1, C2 or FI. Anything in these categories must be corrected before the installation can be considered satisfactory. We will price the remedial work, carry it out and then retest. Once the issues are cleared you will have evidence for your records or for your tenant.
