Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)

Ideal for landlords, buyers, commercial premises and periodic inspections. You receive a written report with observations (C1, C2, C3, FI), photo evidence and recommendations.

What happens if my EICR fails

If your EICR is marked Unsatisfactory do not panic. It means the inspection has done its job and picked up items that need attention. We will explain each observation in plain English, give you a fixed price to put it right and retest once the work is complete. In most cases the main issues are lack of RCD protection, an old consumer unit or damaged accessories and these can be corrected.
