No. This service is an in depth on site inspection and assessment based on what is accessible and visible. An EICR includes formal testing and a detailed report. We can quote an EICR as an add on once we know the property size and access.

We provide a guide cost range during the consultancy based on what is visible on the day. A firm quotation for remedial works is confirmed after inspection and, where needed, further testing.
